The building was designed as a place to create a new lifestyle unique to this area while balancing the bustle of JR Tachikawa Station with the lush nature of the Showa Kinen Park area. Local “Tama wood” is used for the ceiling of about 5,000 squared metres of commercial facilities. By using local Tama products, the goal is to support the healthy maintenance and circulation of forests in the Tama area.
Green Springs is a new district that opened on April 10, 2020. This district includes nine buildings including the multipurpose hall Tachikawa Stage Garden, Sorano Hotel and different shops and store areas.
