Hinatakanata is a popular izakaya in Tachikawa. Hinatakanata opened in 2007 and the interior reminds you of the atmosphere of the Showa period. Some of the popular dishes here include wagyu beef sirloin and Miyazazaki Hyuga chicken which are prepared on the lava grill that is made of lava from Mt. Fuji.
