Unagi Hayashida is a traditional restaurant known for Japanese eel, situated in a traditional building that is over 100 years old. The carefully selected eels are carefully baked one by one by craftsmen with Bincho charcoal, served with seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is known for their way of cooking eel. They steam the eel twice and bake it twice to get the fluffy texture. They also have a popular fried chicken dish here, grilled with garlic sansho.
