Proven Success with Past Events

TELL Japan

TELL Japan is a non-profit organisation that helps to raise suicide prevention awareness in Japan. We helped to create multiple events and campaigns for TELL Japan, by reaching out to both Western and Japanese companies in Tokyo with the aim of securing corporation, sponsorship and/or participation. We actively participated in encouraging conversations on the important but oft-neglected topic by creating different events, brand images, website and social media campaigns.

One of the highlights was running the successful TELL Tokyo Tower Climb fundraising event 2019. More than 500 individuals as well as corporate members participated and we were able to assist TELL in raising the highest amount yet.

Geisha Meet-Up at the US Embassy

This exclusive evening at the US Embassy in Tokyo offered a rare fusion of Japanese tradition and professional networking.

Featuring geisha performances, the event celebrated cultural heritage while creating an atmosphere for high-level engagement among diplomats, corporate leaders, and international guests.

Designed to connect business with culture, the event exemplified the “Meetings” pillar of MICE by fostering meaningful relationships in a refined setting.

Veen Water x Finnish Embassy

Working with local influencers to raise awareness of the brand in Japan, we sourced, managed and created content for this event at the Finnish embassy and various campaigns. We created this event, along with decor, entertainment and different logistics.

We were able to create a successful event along with different social media campaigns. Different influencers made appearances at the Finnish Embassy in Tokyo. Event images and content were used and reposted by the influencers and the brand to encourage awareness from new customers.

Summer Sensation

We have created over 200+ events and out of all of these events, summer sensation is our biggest. Summer Sensation is a summer music festival. Held in 2016 and 2018, each event gathered a total of 1,000 people visiting. With the collaboration of brands, businesses, talents, influencers and sponsors, we were able to create one-of-a-kind experiences for our audience. Connecting people, music and art, our events aim to bring memorable experiences for our guests.

FlyStation Japan

FlyStation Japan turned indoor skydiving into a unique experience that doubled as an incentive and marketing initiative.

Over six months, the campaign drew both individual customers and corporate participants to experience the thrill of team-building skydiving events.
With our influencer campaigns driving brand awareness and engaging online and offline audiences, the events strengthened FlyStation’s market position.

A blend of fun and purpose, this project demonstrated MICE’s ability to deliver innovative corporate incentives.

STEP App Tokyo Conference

The STEP App launch at a Tokyo conference made waves by combining cutting-edge technology with the star power of Usain Bolt.

The event served as a professional hub for tech innovators, fitness enthusiasts, and corporate stakeholders, providing live demonstrations of the app and its blockchain-based “move-to-earn” technology.

Designed as a hybrid of a conference and exhibition, the event highlighted networking opportunities and industry insights, creating an engaging platform for global collaboration in a corporate setting.
