Cabe was opened by Masaki Ohira, who has studied abroad in Bandung, Java, Indonesia. The store name CABE is an Indonesian word meaning “chilli pepper”. A great dish to try out here is the Rendang Sapi Braised beef. It is a tender beef dish that has been slowly cooked for a long time. Another great dish is the Soto Babat Beef motsu stew soup. The texture is crunchy and it is light and refreshing.
