    Japan Must-Sees Group Tour FAQs

This is my first time in Japan. Is this tour a good choice?

Absolutely. This tour is specifically designed as a “must-sees” checklist for first-time visitors. It covers the iconic highlights of Japan’s famous “Golden Route”—from Tokyo’s bustling energy and Mt. Fuji’s majesty to Kyoto’s timeless temples and Osaka’s vibrant food scene. We handle all the complex logistics so you can simply enjoy the experience.

What is the pace of this tour like?

This is a comprehensive tour that covers a lot of ground in 10 days to ensure you see the best of Japan. The days are full and active. While we build in time for relaxation and independent exploration, you should be prepared for busy days with a moderate amount of walking to get the most out of each destination.

How much walking should I expect each day?

You should be comfortable walking for a few hours each day, often including stairs at train stations and large temple complexes. Japan’s cities are best explored on foot. We recommend packing at least one pair of very comfortable walking shoes.

What is a tea-picking experience like?

You’ll visit a tea plantation in Shizuoka, one of Japan’s most famous tea-growing regions. You’ll learn how to identify and pick the best leaves directly from the tea bushes. It’s a fun, hands-on way to connect with one of Japan’s most important cultural products.
