Rainbow Spice is a well-known authentic curry speciality store located a 2-minute walk from Tachikawa Station. The interior is bright in colour and has 8 counter seats. Instead of using flour, onions, tomatoes, and homemade yoghurt are added to slowly stew and thicken. The spice blend used for each type of curry is different, and the aroma is enhanced with homemade Garam masala. It is a taste that cannot be tasted anywhere else. For the double curry, you can choose 2 types from several types of roux, and at lunch, it costs 890 yen with coffee or lassi. Rice is free to refill. If you want to eat authentic curry, this is the place you want to go first.
